The Landings at Skidaway Island

Print and Motion Campaign

The Landings at Skidaway Island

:30 spot · Four :15 cutdowns · Print campaign · Keyframe library

Finished spot · The Landings at Skidaway Island

The Brief

It started as a logistics question: the agency asked whether I had stock footage of the Lowcountry to license. I offered a small generative test instead, low cost and no obligation. The reply to the first frames was not "this is interesting." It was "how soon can we do the whole campaign."

The Approach

Treated exactly like a traditional shoot. Casting decisions about who these residents are. Scouting through reference: historical photographs of Skidaway, the silver of Spanish moss, the marsh going copper an hour before sunset, all anchored by the client’s own snaps from the island. Accuracy to location was not negotiable.

In Their Words

Adam delivered a campaign that was cinematically beautiful, spot on authentic to the island, and came in on budget. This approach solved many challenges we would have run into with a traditional shoot, plus it was more cost effective.

Our client is thrilled with the final results. Plus, Adam was an absolute pleasure to work with and I highly recommend him!
